Update:
SB 346 - Senator Schuler and 12 co-sponsors have introduced Senate Bill 346, to exempt family owned businesses and private clubs, just like Issue 5 was SUPPOSED to do and to reflect the ballot language. We all know what happened after the voters approved Issue 5. There WERE no exemptions. Ohio voters were lied to, just like they were lied to when they were told there would be no harm to our businesses from the ban.
It is EXTREMELY important that you write Ohio's Senators, State Representatives and our Governor to ask for their support of SB 346. Our business and the businesses of many other family owned businesses are in dire need of this exemption. Private clubs, too, are closing throughout the state. We need your support.
